Single-core PVC wire acc. to UL/CSA FIVENORM H05V2-K 0.75/AWG20 blue-white 11019350
Universal connection cable with multiple inlets
This single-core H05V2-K cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² and blue-white color coding is a versatile solution for internal wiring. Designed for demanding applications such as machine tools and distribution boards, it meets as many as five standards – HAR, UL-AWM, UL-MTW, CSA-AWM and CSA-Equipment-wire – simplifying inventory management and documentation. This makes it an economical choice for both installers and end users.
Wide application and compliance with standards
This cable is ideal for electrical installations requiring flexibility and reliability. Its construction with a multi-strand copper core of class 5 ensures good conductivity and resistance to bending. Meeting UL and CSA standards opens the door to export applications and in devices subject to stringent safety requirements. In addition, the cable complies with the LVD 2014/35/EU directive, confirming its safety of use in Europe.
Operating parameters and construction
The cable is characterized by a working voltage of 300/500V (up to 1 mm²) and a wide operating temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C in stationary mode and from +5°C to +90°C in flexible mode. Depending on the UL (AWM) standard, temperatures up to +105°C are even allowed. The insulation made of special TI3 PVC provides high mechanical and chemical resistance. The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for cables with a diameter below 8 mm, 5x for diameters from 8 to 12 mm and 6x for diameters above 12 mm, making installation easier even in tight spaces. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances hindering painting. The cable has passed flame propagation tests according to DIN VDE, EN 60332, IEC 60332 and UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 standards.
