This red single-core PVC wire, with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² (AWG 20), is a universal solution for internal wiring in various applications. It is characterized by flexibility thanks to the multi-wire strand construction of class 5, which facilitates installation and routing in tight spaces. The wire is designed for a wide range of applications, from distribution boards to electrical appliances, and in machine tools.

Construction and properties

The wire is made of a multi-wire copper core, surrounded by a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation of type TI3. This selection of materials ensures good mechanical and electrical resistance. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the maximum operating temperature in continuous operation is +90°C (flexible up to +90°C, and in UL AWM standard up to +105°C). The wire meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31/DIN EN 50525-2-31 and UL-Std.1063/UL-Style 10269 (as well as Style 1015), CSA-TEW and CSA-AWM I A/B, which confirms its high quality and safety. This makes it a product accepted in many export markets.
