Single-core PVC wire acc. to UL/CSA FIVENORM H05V2-K 0.75/AWG20 white-blue 11019351
Universal cable for many applications
This single-core PVC cable, designated as H05V2-K 0.75/AWG20, is a versatile solution for internal wiring. It is suitable for both export installations and demanding industrial applications, such as machine tools. Its construction and approvals make it an ideal choice for installers looking for a reliable and universal product.
Compliance with standards and a wide range of applications
The cable stands out for its compliance with as many as five standards: DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31, DIN EN 50525-2-31, UL-Std.1063, UL-Style 10269 (and 1015), and CSA-TEW and CSA-AWM I A/B. This allows it to be used in various countries and industries. It is intended for wiring distribution boards, electrical devices, and machinery – especially those exported. HAR, UL-AWM, UL-MTW, CSA-AWM and CSA-Equipment-wire approvals simplify warehouse management and reduce costs associated with maintaining many different types of cables.
Construction and user parameters
The cable is characterized by a cross-section of 0.75 mm² (AWG 20) and is made of multi-strand copper wire, class 5. The TI3 PVC insulation provides good flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The operating voltage is 300/500V (up to 1 mm²), and the operating temperature range is +5°C to +90°C (flexible) and -40°C to +90°C (stationary). For applications compliant with UL standards, the permissible operating voltage is 1000V AC / 1250V DC (AWM) or 600V (MTW). The minimum bending radius depends on the cable diameter – for cables with a diameter below 8 mm, it is 4x the cable diameter, above 8 mm – respectively 5x or 6x the cable diameter. The cable has a white-blue protective coating for easy identification. The weight of one meter of cable is approximately 0.0136 kg.
