Flexible cable for industrial and machine applications

This single-core 1kV flexible cable, with a cross-section of 150 mm² (300 MCM) and yellow-green insulation, is designed to operate in demanding conditions. It is suitable for both fixed installations and connections requiring frequent bending. Its construction and materials ensure reliability and safety in a variety of applications.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of a multi-strand copper conductor (class 5), providing high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation guarantees good protection against moisture and mechanical damage. The outer jacket, also made of PVC, protects the cable from weathering and provides abrasion resistance. This makes the cable suitable for use in dry, damp, wet and outdoor environments - provided it is permanently laid. It is not intended for direct burial in the ground or underwater laying.

The cable is characterized by a wide operating temperature range - from -40°C to +90°C (for fixed installation) and from -5°C to +90°C during flexible operation. It is resistant to UV radiation and many chemicals, increasing its durability and reliability. It meets UL VW-1 and IEC 60332-1-2 standards for fire resistance.
