Flexible single-core cable for universal applications

This yellow-green flexible 1kV cable, with a cross-section of 25 mm² (AWG4), is a reliable solution for connections requiring high flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range, both in stationary and dynamic conditions. It is suitable for both industrial installations and mobile applications.

Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction – a stranded copper conductor of class 5 ensures good flexibility and resistance to bending. PVC insulation guarantees safety and resistance to mechanical damage and chemical agents. An outer PVC TM2 braid provides additional protection against weathering and UV radiation. This makes the cable suitable for use in dry, damp and outdoor environments (with fixed laying), although it is not suitable for direct burial in the ground or underwater laying.

The cable meets the requirements of the CE standard, confirming its compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. Additionally, it has self-extinguishing properties and is flame-retardant, increasing safety. Application and installation

SINGLE 600-J 1G25 cable is ideal for use in mechanical engineering, conveyor belts, production lines and anywhere where flexible electrical connections without tensile stress are required. Thanks to its construction and properties, it performs perfectly in mobile applications and installations exposed to changing environmental conditions. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying – it is worth considering this during installation.
