Construction and properties
The SINGLE 600-O cable has been designed for demanding applications. It is made of stranded copper wire, which provides it with flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The PVC insulation of class 43, resistant to temperatures up to 90°C, guarantees safety and long-term operation. The cable has a rated voltage of 600/1000 V, making it suitable for various electrical installations. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and many chemical compounds, which increases its durability in harsh working conditions. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.1 mm.
Application and installation
This cable is used in mechanical engineering, conveyor belts, production lines and other places requiring flexible electrical connections. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (with fixed installation). However, it is not suitable for laying in the ground or underwater. Thanks to its construction, this cable is easy to install and process, which translates into saving time and costs during installation. The minimum bending radius for flexible laying is 7.5 x cable diameter, and for fixed laying – 4 x cable diameter. The cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible).
