The SINGLE 600-J cable is characterized by a solid construction. It is made of multi-strand, flexible copper core, which provides high resistance to bending and mechanical damage. PVC insulation class 43 (90°C) guarantees safe use even at elevated temperatures. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 additionally protects the cable from external factors. A yellow-green protective conductor provides additional safety for the installation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and the action of many chemical compounds – making it suitable for working in harsh industrial conditions.
Technical parameters and scope of applications
The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 600/1000 V, and its permissible operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible). The cable, sold by the meter, is easy to use and allows for precise adjustment of the length to the needs of the installation. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter during fixed installation. It should be remembered that the cable is not intended for laying in the ground or under water. This is a product that meets the requirements of UL standards (UL-Style 10107 and CSA AWM I/II A/B), which confirms its high quality and reliability.
