Flexible PVC insulated power cable – reliability in every application

This 1kV single-core cable is a solid solution for connections requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Designed for medium mechanical stress, it is ideal for industrial installations, production lines, conveyors, and machinery. Its construction ensures reliable operation in dry, damp, and wet rooms, as well as outdoors with fixed installation.

The cable is characterized by a conductor cross-section of 150 mm² (300 MCM) and an outer diameter of approximately 25.8 mm. Made of unannealed copper, it has high-quality PVC insulation resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage. This makes it a durable and safe cable to use. The rated voltage U0/U is 600/1000 V, making it a versatile solution for many applications.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable has been designed with demanding working conditions in mind. The conductor is made of stranded wire class 5 (flexible multi-wire), providing high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The insulation made of special PVC class 43 (90°C according to UL-Std. 1581) guarantees high thermal and electrical resistance. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 further protects the cable from external factors.

In addition, this cable meets a number of standards and has safety certificates, including CE (compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU). It is also compliant with UL-Style 10107 and CSA AWM I/II A/B and adapted to DIN VDE and EN standards.
