Construction and operating parameters
The cable is made of multi-strand copper conductor class 5 (DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228/UL Std. 758), which ensures its flexibility and good conductivity. PVC insulation type TI3 (DIN VDE 0207-363-3/DIN EN 50363-3 and UL-Std. 1581, CSA-C 22.2 No. 210 Tab. 12 Class H) guarantees safe use and resistance to mechanical damage. The cable is characterized by a working voltage of 300/500V (up to a cross-section of 1 mm²) and a temperature resistance in the range of +5°C to +90°C (flexible) or from -40°C to +90°C (stationary). Additionally, it has a test voltage ranging from 2kV to 6kV depending on the conductor cross-section. The minimum bending radius depends on the cable diameter - for cables with a diameter below 8mm it is 4x cable diameter, above 8mm - respectively 5x or 6x cable diameter. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances hindering painting.
