Single-core rubber welding cable H01N2-E 1x50 mm² black 31036
Welding cable – reliability in demanding conditions
This robust, single-core welding cable with a rubber jacket is designed for operation in harsh industrial and welding environments. Compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-81 / DIN EN 50525-2-81 standards, it provides a safe and efficient connection between the generator or welding machine and the electrode. Its construction and materials guarantee long-term operation even with intensive use.
Flexibility and resistance to external factors
The cable is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates its laying and connection, even in tight spaces. The use of a special rubber mixture ensures resistance to ozone, UV light, oxygen, protective gases, oils, and gasoline. This ensures that it retains its properties for a long time, regardless of the environmental conditions. Additionally, it is resistant to low and high temperatures and has flame-retardant properties (according to IEC 60332-1-2), which increases work safety.
Application and construction
The H01N2-E cable is widely used in the automotive, shipbuilding, transport industries, and on production lines. It will work everywhere where high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. Its construction includes:
- stranded copper core, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards – ensures good electrical conductivity;
- separation layer – protects the core from mechanical damage;
- outer jacket made of neoprene or chlorinated rubber mixture EM5 (DIN VDE 0207-363-2-2 / DIN EN 50363-2-2) – provides resistance to abrasion, oils and UV radiation.
The cable is available in black color and has a core cross-section of 50 mm², which allows for transmission of large welding currents. The rated voltage is 100V. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for H01N2-E. The cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -25°C to +80°C (flexible). The maximum core temperature is +85°C.
