Single-core rubber welding cable H01N2-E 1x70 mm² black 31037
Welding cable – reliability in demanding conditions
This flexible welding cable with a rubber jacket is designed for operation in harsh industrial environments. It is perfect for welding applications where resistance to external factors and maintaining flexibility are required. This cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-81 / DIN EN 50525-2-81 standards, guaranteeing its high quality and safety.
Construction and application
This cable is used between the generator or welding machine and the electrode. It is particularly recommended in the automotive, shipbuilding, transport industries and on production lines. Thanks to its special construction, it maintains flexibility even under the influence of ozone, light, oxygen, protective gases, oils and gasoline. It can be used both outdoors and in dry or wet environments.
The twisted copper core provides good conductivity, and the outer neoprene (chlorinated rubber mixture) jacket protects against mechanical damage and weathering. The cable is resistant to low and high temperatures and has high flame resistance – tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2.
Key features and benefits
- Durability and flexibility: The cable construction ensures long-term operation even in extreme conditions.
- Chemical resistance: The neoprene jacket protects against the action of oils, gasoline and other chemicals.
- Wide temperature range: Possibility of operation at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and flexibly from -25°C to +80°C.
- Safety: Compliance with European standards (CE) and flame resistance tests ensure safe use.
- Large cross-section: The 70 mm² core cross-section allows for the transmission of large welding currents.
- Rated voltage: The cable is designed to operate at a voltage of 100 V.
- Minimum bending radius: H01N2-E: 10 x cable diameter – facilitates installation and routing of cables in tight spaces.
