Welding cable – reliable power supply in demanding conditions
This flexible welding cable, designated as TITARC® H01N2-D 1x16 mm², is designed for intensive use in professional welding applications. Compliant with EN 50525-2-81, it provides safe and efficient power supply for portable welding machines, industrial robots and other devices requiring a flexible connection at low voltage. Its robust construction and resistance to external factors make it an ideal choice for both installers and end-users.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction that guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation. Made of multi-wire copper conductor (class 6 – finest wires), it provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. Insulation made of polychloroprene (PCP) provides effective protection against mechanical damage, oils and greases. Additionally, the reinforced jacket increases resistance to abrasion and cuts, which is particularly important in harsh working conditions.
This cable operates in a temperature range from -25°C to +60°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary), and the maximum permissible operating temperature on the conductors is +85°C. The minimum bending radius is 3x the cable diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces. It should be noted that the product is not halogenated or shielded.
