Welding cable for demanding applications

This flexible welding cable with a rubber jacket, compliant with EN 50525-2-81, is designed to power welding machines and all types of flexible connections operating at low voltage. Its reinforced sheath provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end users. It performs particularly well in industrial robots, where high flexibility and reliability are required.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that ensures high flexibility and resistance to harsh working conditions. Made of multi-strand copper conductor (un-tinned), it meets the requirements of PN-EN 60228. The diameter of a single wire is adapted to the cable cross-section – up to 90mm² maximum 0.21 mm, and above 90 mm² maximum 0.51 mm. Additionally, the conductor insulation made of polychloroprene (PCP) provides good electrical and mechanical protection. A separating layer (optional) made of polyester or paper provides additional protection for the cable.

This cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – flexibly from -25°C to +60°C and stationary from -40°C to +80°C. The maximum permissible operating temperature on the conductors is +85°C. The minimum bending radius is 3x the cable diameter, which facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The cable is resistant to oils and lubricants, which increases its durability in harsh industrial conditions.

The TITARC® H01N2-D 1x70 mm² cable is designed to operate at 100V AC and 150V DC. Its weight is approximately 0.756 kg/m. The cable has passed flame propagation tests according to IEC 60332-1-2, confirming its safety. The product meets the requirements of the LVD 2014/35/EU directive (CE marking). It is a universal solution for a wide range of welding and other applications – ideal for where you need a reliable and flexible cable with high mechanical strength.
