Construction and properties

The PUR-SPIKA cable is characterized by a solid construction. It has stranded copper conductors, rubber insulation and an outer polyurethane (PUR) jacket, which provides high resistance to abrasion, oils and chemicals. A yellow-green protective conductor (available from 3 cores) guarantees safe use. An elongation ratio of 1:4 allows for convenient adjustment of the length to the application needs. In addition, the cable has straight end sections with a length of 200 mm, making it easy to connect.

Applications and parameters

This cable is used in many industries: machines and equipment, power tools, construction industry, lifts, entertainment devices, medical and measuring instruments. It is also ideal for revolving doors. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and has a rated voltage U/U0 of 500/300 V or 750/450 V (depending on the H05BQ-F or H07BQ-F standard). The rated conductor cross-section is 1 mm². The length of the spiral before stretching is 1400 mm, and after stretching – as much as 5600 mm.
