Flexible spiral cable PUR-SPIKA – reliability in motion

The PUR-SPIKA cable is a solution dedicated to applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of high-quality polyurethane (PUR), it provides a reliable connection in dynamic working conditions. The construction with 12 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² makes it ideal for use in machines, mobile devices and everywhere where standard cables cannot withstand continuous bending and movements.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a spiral construction, which allows it to be stretched from 500 mm to 2000 mm, making it easier to adapt to specific installation needs. Twisted copper cores, meeting the standards of DIN VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5, guarantee good conductivity and durability. Core insulation made of rubber provides additional protection against mechanical damage and the influence of chemicals. A yellow-green protective core (available from 3 cores) increases safety. The outer jacket made of PUR provides resistance to abrasion, oils and greases. The rated voltage U/U0 is 750 V / 450 V, respectively, making it versatile in many applications.
