Flexible spiral cable PUR – reliability in motion

This orange spiral cable with a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket is the ideal solution wherever high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage are required. The 3x2.5 mm² cable is perfect for applications exposed to continuous bending and movement, providing a safe and reliable electrical connection.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: stranded copper conductors, rubber insulation and a durable PUR jacket. This combination of materials guarantees high durability and resistance to external factors. The conductors are identified in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308, and the protective conductor (PE) is yellow-green – making correct installation easier. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. The rated voltage is 750 V, and the test voltage is 2500 V.

Please note that the AWG sizes given are approximate – the exact cross-section is given in mm². The cable has an elongation ratio of 1:4, which means that after stretching it reaches a length of up to 2 meters (with a spiral length of 500 mm before stretching). There are straight sections of 200 mm at the ends – making connection easier.
