Flexible spiral cable PUR-SPIKA – reliability in motion.

This orange PUR-SPIKA spiral cable with a cross-section of 3x2.5 mm² is the ideal solution wherever high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage are required. Its construction allows it to be stretched to 4000 mm from its initial length of 1000 mm, making it easy to adapt to the specific needs of the installation. This cable is particularly recommended for dynamic applications where standard cabling could fail.

Construction and properties

The PUR-SPIKA cable is characterized by a solid construction. Made of stranded copper conductors (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), insulated with rubber and protected by an outer polyurethane (PUR) coating, it ensures durability and reliability even in harsh conditions. A yellow-green protective conductor (available from 3 cores) guarantees safe use. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and withstands a test voltage of 2000/2500 V. Thanks to the elongation ratio of 1:4, the cable easily adapts to the changing geometry of the device or space. In addition, it has straight sections of 200 mm at the ends, which facilitates connection.
