This flexible screened Y-CY-JZ 18G0.75 mm² cable is an ideal solution for applications in control engineering, regulation, mechanical engineering and electronics. It ensures effective transmission of signals and pulses without interference thanks to the dense copper braid shielding. Made of high-quality materials, it guarantees durability and reliability in demanding working conditions. The cable is particularly recommended where electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is important.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on 18 copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with PVC. The conductors are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification and connection. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), providing safety of use. The copper braid effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference, and the outer PVC coating protects against mechanical damage and external factors.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a fire reaction class Eca. It is resistant to oils and chemicals, which expands its range of applications. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The permissible operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V.
