This flexible control cable JZ-500 HMH 10G0,5 is a reliable solution for power transmission in demanding conditions. The cable is designed with safety and durability in mind, as confirmed by numerous certificates and tests. It is ideal for both fixed and mobile installations where maintaining resistance to mechanical damage and environmental factors is crucial.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of 10 copper conductors, twisted according to VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards. Each conductor is insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture, which ensures safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The conductors are black with white number printing for easy identification. From the third conductor, a yellow-green protective conductor is also present. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer sheath made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001). The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during assembly.

It is worth noting its flexibility – the minimum bending radius is 12.5 x cable diameter for dynamic laying and 4 x diameter for fixed laying. The cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +70°C during stationary operation and from -15°C to +70°C during flexible operation. The rated voltage U is 500V, and the test voltage is 2000V.
