This flexible control cable JZ-500 HMH 4G2,5 is a proposal for professionals and end-users who value safety and high-quality workmanship. Construction and properties

The JZ-500 HMH 4G2,5 cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. Made of stranded copper conductors, twisted in accordance with VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 compound (DIN VDE 0207-363-7/ DIN EN 50363-7), and their black color with white digit printing facilitates identification. The protective conductor (yellow-green color) is present from 3 conductors in the outer layer. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 compound (DIN VDE 0207-363-8/ DIN EN 50363-8) in gray color (RAL 7001). The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during installation.

Application and installation

The JZ-500 HMH 4G2,5 cable is ideal as a measuring, control and steering cable in various industrial and construction applications. It can be used both for fixed and occasionally movable installations – however, it is important to avoid continuous movements or tensile stresses. The minimum bending radius is 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x diameter for fixed laying. The rated voltage U is 500V and the conductor cross-section is 2.5 mm². The cable is designed for medium mechanical load.
