The JZ-500 HMH cable, with five 0.5 mm² conductors, is perfect for a wide range of applications – from mechanical engineering, through building installations, to metallurgy and steelworks. The cable construction provides flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage, and the use of halogen-free materials minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire.

Construction and properties – the key to durability

The JZ-500 HMH cable is characterized by a careful construction. Copper conductors, twisted according to VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards, are insulated with a TI6 halogen-free mixture. The conductors are marked with white numbers for easy identification, and from the third conductor there is also a green-yellow protective conductor. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer sheath made of TM7 mixture in gray color (RAL 7001). Such a construction guarantees not only durability and reliability, but also compliance with strict safety standards.
