Flexible halogen-free control cable

The JZ-500 HMH 7G0,75 cable is a flexible, multi-core control cable designed for use in places requiring increased fire resistance and limited emission of harmful substances during combustion. The construction with seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² provides good flexibility and ease of installation. The cable is particularly recommended for installation in public buildings, industry and anywhere where fire safety is crucial.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by careful construction using high-quality materials. Copper conductors are twisted according to VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards, which guarantees their strength and flexibility. The conductor insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, ensuring safety in case of fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases and smoke (LS0H). The conductors are black with white number printing for easy identification. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors), and all conductors are twisted in parallel and surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of TM7 mixture in gray (RAL 7001).

Application and installation

The JZ-500 HMH 7G0,75 cable is widely used as a measuring, control and control cable in various industries – mechanical, metallurgical, steel and in the construction of installations. It is perfect for conveyors and technological lines. The cable is intended for permanent laying or occasional installation in mobile installations – however, it should not be exposed to continuous mechanical loads or tension. It can be used in dry, wet and humid rooms, also surface-mounted. The minimum bending radius is 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x diameter for permanent laying. The rated voltage U is 500V.
