Construction and properties – the key to long-term operation

The OZ-500 HMH cable is distinguished by careful workmanship and the use of high-quality materials. Copper conductors are twisted in accordance with VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards, which guarantees their mechanical and electrical strength. Conductor insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, providing safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. Black conductors with white digit printing facilitate the identification of individual wires during installation. The outer sheath made of TM7 mixture provides additional protection against mechanical damage and weathering.

The OZ-500 HMH 4x0.5 cable is used as a measuring, control and steering cable in various industries. It will work well in both fixed and mobile installations (excluding those exposed to continuous tension or twisting). It can be used in dry, wet and humid rooms, also surface-mounted. The conductor cross-section is 0.5 mm², and the rated voltage is 500V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.5 mm. Conductor identification is done using digits, which facilitates correct connection of the wires. The minimum bending radius is 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying.
