Balcony and terrace drain – effective drainage with adaptation options

This balcony and terrace drain with a horizontal DN40/50 outlet is a solution designed for gravity drainage of terraces and balconies. The construction with a connection flange ensures a tight connection with the waterproofing layer, minimizing the risk of leaks and structural damage. Equipped with a strainer, backflow preventer, and stainless steel grating, it effectively drains water while preventing unpleasant odors and the accumulation of dirt.

Solid construction and wide range of applications

The drain is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) and stainless steel, which guarantees its durability and corrosion resistance. The adjustable height of the top in the range of 12-70mm allows it to be adapted to different thicknesses of the balcony or terrace construction layers. This makes the product suitable for both new investments and renovations of existing surfaces. A load capacity of up to 300 kg ensures safe use even under heavy load.

Compatibility and easy installation

The product is compatible with various drainage systems, and thanks to available additional elements (straight and flange extensions, drainage ring), it can be easily adapted to the specific requirements of a given project. A sealing kit from the HL83 series (available separately) enables correct and durable connection with the waterproofing layer. A flow rate of 0.50 l/s ensures effective water drainage even during heavy rainfall – for surfaces up to 16m2 with rainfall of 300 l/(sxha). Additionally, a heating set HL82 is available, which prevents water from freezing during the winter period.
