This horizontal floor drain DN40/50 with a connection flange is an optimal solution for draining water in bathrooms, kitchens, and utility rooms. Equipped with a Primus dry siphon, it effectively blocks unpleasant odours, even when the water in the siphon evaporates – which is particularly important in rarely used rooms. The stainless steel cover with a grate ensures durability and an aesthetic appearance.

Construction and installation – flexibility and tightness

The drain has been designed for easy installation and integration with waterproofing systems. The sealing flange allows for a tight connection with the waterproofing layer (using a dedicated sealing kit HL83). The adjustable height of the cover (in the range of 10-80mm) allows it to be adapted to different thicknesses of flooring. Additionally, the possibility of connecting with straight and flanged extensions (HL340N, HL85N, HL85NC, HL85NH) increases the flexibility of application and adaptation to specific ceiling conditions.

Performance and technical parameters

The drain is characterized by high water drainage efficiency – the flow rate is 0.50 l/s at a head of 20mm and 0.35 l/s at a head of 10mm. Thermal resistance up to 85°C guarantees trouble-free use even in installations with hot water. Made of durable materials (polypropylene and stainless steel) ensures long-lasting reliability. The stainless steel drain grate is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. Load class K-300kg ensures safe use even in areas with high traffic.
