Universal shower tray and terrace drain body

This drain body, known as HL540K, forms the basis for creating a functional and aesthetic point drain. It is ideally suited for building shower trays into the floor, as well as being an element of water drainage systems on balconies and terraces. The product is available both as part of a complete drain and as a standalone solution, offering great flexibility in design.

The HL540K body is characterized by adjustable installation height in the range of 80-200(250) mm thanks to the use of legs – which makes it easier to adapt to various installation conditions and floor thicknesses. This allows installers to easily integrate it with the existing structure, and end-users to gain a smoothly integrated drain into the floor.

Construction and installation – practical solutions

The set includes three mounting brackets that ensure stable and precise positioning of the drain during installation. Additionally, the included cover during installation protects the interior from dirt and mechanical damage. A mounting template facilitates precise positioning of the drain, minimizing the risk of errors and reducing working time.

The "FixIT" set (available separately) allows for accurate determination of the position of the superstructure or socket frame of the drain, which is particularly important for more demanding projects. The possibility of using various superstructure elements (available from the manufacturer) allows you to match the appearance of the drain to the style of the interior or terrace finish.

Material and compatibility

The body is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP), which guarantees durability and resistance to external factors and chemical substances typical of bathroom or terrace environments. The product is compatible with a wide range of drain grates and sealing elements available from HL Hutterer & Lechner GmbH, allowing you to create a complete water drainage system tailored to individual needs.
