This Perfekt yard gully with vertical outlet is a solid and functional solution for draining water from paved surfaces. Equipped with a bitumen collar, it provides a tight connection with the insulation, minimizing the risk of leaks and structural damage. This is particularly important when installing on terraces, balconies or parking lots.

The gully combines durability and practical solutions. The cast iron grate with dimensions of 226x226mm is resistant to loads (class A15 – 1.5 tons), which guarantees safety even in areas with high traffic. Additionally, the anti-odor flap effectively blocks unpleasant smells from the sewer, and the sediment basket makes it easy to remove impurities, preventing clogging of the drain.

Construction and Installation

The Perfekt gully is distinguished by the ability to adjust the height of the top in the range of 45-120mm, which makes it easier to adapt to specific installation conditions and the arrangement of the floor layers. The bitumen collar allows for precise and tight connection with the bituminous waterproofing layer. This will avoid problems with moisture and damage to the building structure. The possibility of using additional elements – straight and flange extensions (HL620, HL618(H)) and a drainage ring HL190 – allows for flexible adaptation of the drainage to the specifics of a given project. A heating set HL609 is also available to protect against freezing.
