The HL523N-120X120 shower tray base is a complete solution for creating a walk-in shower, designed for both professionals and end-users. The set includes the base, a DN50/40 eccentric siphon, and an adjustable height collar frame, which significantly simplifies and speeds up installation. The base is designed for direct tiling, eliminating the need for complex screeds.

Construction and application

The shower tray base is made of expanded, rigid plastic, reinforced with fiberglass and protected against moisture. The slope of the base is 3%, ensuring effective water drainage both on the tile surface and underneath. The siphon is adjustable in the range of horizontal/vertical (0-90 degrees), making it easier to adapt to existing installations. The set includes a collar frame with a chrome finish, which allows height adjustment in the range of 8-18mm (with additional element HL0523N.3E even up to 25mm), adapting to the thickness of the tile used. Drainage grooves in the collar frame further assist in draining water that may have penetrated through the grout.
