The H07V-K (LGY) cable is a flexible solution for electrical installations, valued by both professionals and end-users. Made of copper, with insulation and an outer PVC coating, it ensures reliable power transmission in various conditions. Available in a convenient drum form, it facilitates unwinding and adjusting the length to your needs.

Construction and parameters for efficient installation

The cable is characterized by a conductor cross-section of 16 mm², which allows for safe handling of higher loads. The multi-strand, flexible conductor construction of class 5 makes it easy to lay the cable, even in tight spaces and with complex routes. The conductor diameter is 5.1 mm, and the outer diameter is 7.1 mm. The conductor resistance of 1.21 Ohm/km ensures minimal energy losses. The blue color of the insulation makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation. The cable is twisted, which further increases its flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage.

Application and safety

The H07V-K (LGY) cable is intended for installation in conduits on plaster and under plaster, cable ducts, and anywhere where frequent bending of the cable is required. It is suitable for movable connections and those exposed to vibrations. Thanks to its resistance to low temperatures (down to -40°C after installation), it can also be used in harsh weather conditions. Reaction to fire class Eca provides a basic level of fire safety in accordance with EN 13501-6. The cable has a fire resistance certificate according to IEC 60332-1-2. The permissible operating temperature of the conductor is 70°C, and the ambient temperature during installation: -15 to +50°C. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 28.4 mm, which facilitates installation without the risk of damaging the cable.
