The cable is characterized by high fire resistance, confirmed by the FE180/E90 certificate – this means that it maintains functionality for 90 minutes in fire conditions. Additionally, it is halogen-free in accordance with IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2 standards and has low smoke emission (according to IEC 61034-2), which minimizes the risk of poisoning during a fire. Insulation strength at the level of FE 180 guarantees long-term operation.

The (N)HXH-J FE180/E90 cable has been designed with demanding applications in mind. Its round shape and outer diameter of approximately 20.3 mm make it easy to install and route cables. The protective conductor is an integral part of the construction, which further increases safety. The resistance of the core is 1.83 Ohm/km at a temperature of 20°C. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 243.6 mm - it is worth considering this when designing the cable route. The permissible operating temperature of the cable is from -40°C to +70°C after installation (without vibration) and from -15°C to +70°C during installation. The weight of the cable is approximately 860 kg/km, which should be taken into account during transport and installation. Core identification is done using colors according to HD 308 S2, which makes it easier to connect the wires correctly.
