Universal residential cable for home and office applications

The H03VV-F (OMY) 2x0.5 cable is a flexible and reliable cable designed to power low-power devices in home, office and similar environments. The construction with multi-strand copper conductors of class 5 ensures good flexibility and easy installation, and the PVC insulation and coating guarantee safe use. This cable is ideal for connecting lamps, RTV equipment, computers and other portable devices.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of two copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The conductors are marked with colors – blue and brown – which facilitates correct connection. The whole is surrounded by an external PVC coating, providing protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The cable is characterized by high resistance to twisting and an allowable operating temperature of the conductor up to 70°C. Additionally, the cable is resistant to low temperatures, which allows its use in colder rooms. The reaction to fire class is Eca, which means limited flammability.

Application and installation

The H03VV-F (OMY) cable is primarily used indoors, in dry and clean conditions. It will be perfect for powering:
