This OS1/ONS 1x25 (H01N2-D) welding cable is a solid choice for both professional welders and those performing occasional welding work. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a conductor cross-section of 25 mm², which guarantees adequate conductivity for demanding welding applications. Made of copper, it has a multi-strand, very flexible class 6 conductor, which facilitates laying and maneuvering the cable during work. Rubber insulation provides not only excellent electrical properties but also resistance to external factors such as moisture, oils, and mechanical damage. The black outer coating protects against the effects of UV radiation.

Additionally, the cable is resistant to low temperatures and oils (according to IEC 60811-404), which expands its range of applications. Flame retardancy according to IEC 60332-1-2 increases safety. The cable has an approximate outer diameter of 10.39 mm and weighs 287.175 kg/km. Its conductor resistance is 0.78 Ohm/km at 20°C, and the minimum permissible bending radius in fixed installations is 62.34 mm.
