Stormwater management with the Hydro-Box system

The Hydro-Box system is a comprehensive solution for effective stormwater management from roofs, terraces, parking lots and other paved surfaces. Its operation is based on three key processes: retention, infiltration and flow regulation. Thanks to this, the system not only temporarily stores water, but also allows its safe discharge into the natural cycle or infiltration into the ground. This is an ideal solution for both single- and multi-family construction, as well as industrial areas and traffic routes.

The system consists of modular retention and infiltration boxes, connecting and connecting elements, wells, filters and geotextiles. All elements work together to create a coherent and efficient infrastructure for rainwater management.

Well adapter – a key element of the installation

The Hydro-Box 315mm adapter is an essential mounting element, allowing connection of retention and infiltration boxes to an existing inspection well with a diameter of 315 mm. Made of durable PP plastic in orange color, it provides a tight and durable connection thanks to the included gasket. The adapter is mounted after wrapping the boxes with geotextile and cutting appropriate holes.

This adapter allows direct connection of the well main pipe DN/ID 315 mm, which facilitates the integration of the Hydro-Box system with the existing sewage infrastructure. It is also compatible with a DN/ID 160 mm venting chimney.

Application and compliance with standards

The Hydro-Box adapter is used in stormwater infiltration systems, providing effective drainage of water collected by retention boxes. It is compliant with PN-EN 17152-1 and PN-EN 1852-1 standards and ITB-KOT-2017/0120 issue 2, which guarantees its high quality and safety of use. Using the adapter in combination with the Hydro-Box system allows for optimal use of space and minimizes interference with existing infrastructure.
