External drainage pipe K2-KAN with a diameter of DN/ID 1000x6000 mm and a stiffness class of SN12 is an advanced solution for building gravity drainage systems for rainwater and wastewater discharge. Made of polypropylene (PP), it is characterized by high durability and resistance to loads, and is also significantly lighter than traditional concrete or stoneware pipes – even several times lighter. The two-layer corrugated construction provides not only strength but also flexibility, which facilitates installation and minimizes the risk of damage during transport and use. The pipe has a spigot and socket, guaranteeing a tight connection.

Construction and application in practice

The K2-Kan system is designed for non-pressure operation, but exhibits resistance to short-term water pressure up to 2.5 bar, which increases its versatility. Thanks to its high circumferential stiffness (SN12), these pipes can be used even under roads with high traffic (SLW 60), as the outer wall construction effectively distributes point loads. The pipe is supplied with a spigot at one end and a gasket in the last groove of the other end – which significantly simplifies the connection process.
