This is a K2-KAN double-socket bend with a nominal diameter of DN300 and a 90-degree angle, made of polypropylene. It is designed for the construction of gravity-fed external sewage networks and rainwater drainage systems. It is characterized by high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage, which guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The K2-Kan system is designed for non-pressure operation, but exhibits resistance to long-term water pressure up to 2.5 bar without loss of durability. Thanks to its high circumferential rigidity, K2-Kan elements can be used under roads with a SLW 60 load – the pipes effectively stabilize under point load thanks to the construction of the outer wall. K2-Kan pipes have a nominal dimension DN related to the inner diameter, which facilitates the selection of appropriate elements for a specific installation. The connection of elements is made by inserting the end of the pipe with a gasket into the smooth socket of the fitting or another pipe.
