Steel fitting for KAN-therm Steel installation

The GZ Steel 22 x 1" fitting is an element of the KAN-therm Steel system, designed to create durable and safe connections in internal, closed, pressurized installations. Made of high-quality carbon steel RSt 34-2 (1.0034 according to DIN EN 10305-3), coated with a layer of zinc for anti-corrosion protection, it ensures reliability and longevity. Using this fitting allows for quick installation thanks to the pressing technology, eliminating the need for welding or threading.

Design and application

The fitting has a tapered BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) external gas thread and a clamping sleeve, allowing it to be connected to pipes with a nominal diameter of 1 inch (25 mm). It is an ideal solution for central heating installations, chilled water, process heat, solar installations and industrial installations. Thanks to the LBP (Leak Before Press) function - signaling of unpressed connections - the installer is sure of correct installation and can avoid potential leaks.
