InoxFlow Manifolds – a solid foundation for the heating installation

The InoxFlow RBB series manifold is a KAN-therm system component designed for the precise distribution of the heating medium in central heating and domestic hot water heating systems. This model, offered without fittings, provides flexibility in selecting components and adapting to individual project needs. Six circuits allow for effective temperature management in different zones of the building.

Construction and materials

The manifold bar is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304), which guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, even in harsh operating conditions. A 1¼” profile and a beam spacing of 235 mm ensure structural stability and ease of installation. The use of high-quality materials translates into durability and minimizes the risk of failure.

Connections and functionality

The supply and return bars are equipped with GW1” connections and ½” GW threaded outlets for individual circuits, spaced 50 mm apart. A ½” hole in the upper part of the bars allows for the installation of an air vent, which facilitates the removal of air from the installation. Clamps with elastomeric inserts dampen vibrations, reducing noise and increasing user comfort. The ends of the bars are secured with G1” caps.

Stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) provides high corrosion resistance and longevity. The construction based on a 1¼” profile guarantees stability and facilitates installation. A beam spacing of 235 mm optimizes circuit layout. Compatibility with existing infrastructure is ensured by GW1” connections. Precise connection of heating circuits is enabled by GW ½” outlets (50 mm spacing). Easy air vent installation thanks to the ½” hole. Elastomeric inserts reduce vibration and noise. The possibility of using glycol mixtures expands the range of system applications.
