InoxFlow Manifolds – Reliability and Durability in Every System
The InoxFlow series manifolds are components made of stainless steel, designed for building efficient and reliable heating and water installations. The model without fittings from the RBB series, offered in an 8-circuit version, provides a base for creating a manifold perfectly tailored to individual needs. The construction based on a 1¼” profile ensures appropriate strength and stability, and a beam spacing of 235 mm facilitates mounting and connection of circuits.
Construction and Application
The manifold beams are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304), which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh conditions. Both the supply and return beams are equipped with GW1” connections, allowing easy connection to the installation. Outputs for individual circuits with a GW ½” thread with a spacing of 50 mm provide flexibility in the design of the heating or water network. A ½” hole in the upper part of the beams is intended for mounting an air vent, which facilitates the removal of air from the installation. The beams are finished with G1” plugs.
This manifold model is particularly recommended for central heating systems and domestic hot water installations, where high corrosion resistance and reliable operation are required. Thanks to its construction, this manifold will work both in new installations and during the modernization of existing systems.
Advantages and Benefits
- Durability and corrosion resistance: Made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) ensures long-term operation without the risk of corrosion, even in an aggressive environment.
- Flexible installation: Beam spacing of 235 mm and GW ½” output threads allow easy connection of circuits of different lengths and configurations.
- Ease of use: An air vent hole facilitates the removal of air from the installation, which improves its efficiency and prevents problems with the circulation of heating medium or domestic hot water.
- Stable construction: A 1¼” profile provides adequate stiffness and stability of the manifold, minimizing the risk of mechanical damage.
- Versatility: The lack of fittings allows you to independently select shut-off valves, thermostatic valves or other control elements, adapting the manifold to the specific needs of the installation.
- Vibration damping: Clamps equipped with elastomeric inserts reduce the transmission of vibrations from the installation to the building structure – this is important for user comfort and the durability of connections.
