Reducing tee – a reliable connection in stainless steel installations

This Inox reducing tee, made of stainless steel, is a key element in KAN-therm Inox systems. It is used to connect pipes of different diameters – 18 mm, 15 mm and again 18 mm – providing a smooth transition and reduction in the installation. It is ideal where corrosion resistance and high pressure are required.

Solid construction and highest quality materials

The tee is made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel 1.4404, which guarantees its durability and resistance to aggressive media. An EPDM O-ring seal ensures a tight connection, minimizing the risk of leaks. The maximum working pressure of 16 bar confirms its reliability even in demanding conditions.

Pressing technology and leak detection

The fitting is designed for press connections, which significantly speeds up installation and eliminates the need for welding or screwing elements. Additionally, the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leak function allows for easy detection of any errors during pressing, before the system is filled with medium. This increases the certainty and safety of the installation.
