Steel Cap 18 is a reliable element of the KAN-therm Steel system, designed for professional and durable termination of pipe installations. Made of high-quality carbon steel, coated with zinc, it provides corrosion resistance and long-lasting connection tightness. It is ideal for both water, heating and cooling systems.

Design and application

The cap is designed for press connections with a clamping sleeve with a nominal diameter of DN 15 (18 mm). Its construction is based on the proven KAN-therm technology, utilizing O-ring seals made of EPDM, which guarantees reliability and leak-free operation. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar at 20°C, making it suitable for use in closed-pressure systems. The fitting has a contour code "M", which facilitates identification and selection of appropriate elements.
