This is a 90° elbow from the KAN-therm Steel series, made of carbon steel and designed to create durable and safe connections in internal installations. The nominal connection diameter is DN 15 (18 mm), making it an ideal element for building central heating systems, chilled water, process heat, as well as solar and industrial installations. The elbow is designed for pressing, which guarantees quick and reliable installation.

Construction and special features

The elbow is characterized by a bend angle of 90 degrees and a bend radius of 22 mm. Its length is 58 mm, and the connection length is 45 mm, with a working connection length of 25 mm. Made of high-quality carbon steel, the elbow provides strength and corrosion resistance – additionally protected by galvanizing (Fe/Zn88) with a layer thickness of 8-15 µm. The O-ring seal made of EPDM guarantees a tight connection. A key feature of this elbow is the LBP (Leak Before Press) function, which indicates unpressed connections – this is an important convenience for installers, allowing easy detection of errors during installation.
