Steel elbow for KAN-therm Steel installations – reliable connection and easy installation

This is a 90° elbow with an external thread, made of steel, designed to create connections in steel heating and cooling installations KAN-therm Steel. Its construction ensures durability and tightness, and the use of an EPDM gasket guarantees resistance to high temperatures and pressures. The elbow is compatible with the pressing technique, which significantly speeds up and simplifies installation.

Construction and application

The elbow has a tapered BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) external thread on one side and a clamping socket on the other, allowing connection of elements with different diameters and types of connections. Made of steel, coated with a layer of zinc (8-15 µm), it provides corrosion resistance and long-term operation. Thanks to the bend angle of 90°, it is ideal for changing the direction of the pipeline. The nominal connection diameter is 1/2 inch (15 mm), and the total length is 54 mm.
