PEX-AL-PEX pipe ultraPRESS - 32x3.0 coil 50 m 1029196115
Multilayer pipe for water and heating installations
Pertal ultraPRESS 32x3.0 pipe is a high-quality solution for building water, heating and underfloor heating installations. Made of polyethylene with increased thermal resistance (PE-RT) with a butt-welded aluminum layer, it ensures durability and reliability of connections. With a diameter of 32 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, the pipe is suitable for most standard domestic and industrial installations. Available in a practical coil of 50 meters, it facilitates installation and minimizes waste.
Construction and properties
The Pertal ultraPRESS pipe is characterized by three layers: inner and outer layers of PE-RT and a middle layer of aluminum. The combination of these materials provides high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and low thermal expansion. Aluminum acts as an anti-diffusion barrier for oxygen, protecting the installation components from corrosion. The pipe is designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and a temperature of up to 90°C, making it a versatile solution for various applications. The coefficient of thermal expansion is 0.023-0.025 mm/mxK and the thermal conductivity λ - 0.43 W/mxK.
Application and advantages
The Pertal ultraPRESS pipe is ideal for:
- Potable water installations – both cold and hot.
