The PENTAL ultraPRESS pipe is distinguished by its unique construction: an inner layer of PE-RT (high-temperature resistant polyethylene), two adhesive layers, a laser-welded aluminum layer, and an outer layer of PE-RT resistant to mechanical damage. Laser welding of the aluminum layer ensures tightness and durability of the connection, and the appropriate selection of materials guarantees resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. Technical parameters – maximum working pressure of 10 bar and the ability to operate at temperatures up to +95°C (momentarily up to 110°C) – allow the pipe to be used in demanding installations. Low thermal conductivity (0.43 W/m·K) reduces heat loss in heating systems.
