Made of polyethylene with increased thermal resistance and reinforced with a butt-welded aluminum layer, it ensures durability and safety in various installation systems. This specific coil with a diameter of 40 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 mm, available in a practical length of 25 meters, will facilitate the implementation of even extensive projects.

Construction and application

The PERTAL ultraPRESS pipe is distinguished by three layers: an inner aluminum layer, a middle plastic layer, and an outer plastic layer. This construction combines the advantages of metal and plastic – strength, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. Therefore, the pipe is perfect for installations:

• cold and hot domestic water,
• radiator heating,
• underfloor heating and cooling,
• surface heating and cooling,
• compressed air.

The pipe is intended for use in residential and commercial construction (application classes 1-5 according to ISO 10508). The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, and the operating temperature is up to 90°C.
