Pertal ultraPRESS pipe is a solid solution for water and heating installations. Made of polyethylene with increased thermal resistance, reinforced with a butt-welded aluminum layer, it ensures reliability and durability in various conditions. Construction and application

The pipe construction is based on three layers: inner and outer plastic layers and a middle aluminum layer. This combination provides high mechanical strength, resistance to temperature and corrosion, and minimizes thermal expansion. The Pertal ultraPRESS pipe with a diameter of 25 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm is designed for a wide range of applications – from hot and cold domestic water installations, through radiator heating, to surface heating and cooling systems. It can also be used in compressed air installations.

The pipe is available in lengths of 5 meters, which facilitates transport and installation over larger areas. The low linear coefficient of thermal expansion (α - 0.023-0.025 mm/mxK) minimizes the risk of deformation under temperature changes. The internal wall roughness k- 0.007mm ensures smooth medium flow. The minimum bending radius of the pipe is 3.5 x outer diameter (when using profiling tools) or 5 x outer diameter (without profiling tools), which facilitates adaptation to the specifics of the installation.
