Steel elbow for heating and cooling installations

This is a 90° compression elbow from the Steel Sprinkler series, designed to create durable and leak-proof connections in central heating and cooling systems. Made of carbon steel with a galvanized coating (Fe/Zn88) with a thickness of 8-15 µm, it provides corrosion resistance and long-term operation. The elbow is designed for crimping, which guarantees quick and easy installation.

Construction and application

The elbow combines two connection methods – a crimp socket and a push-in end, which increases its versatility. This allows it to be easily integrated with other elements of the KAN-therm Steel system. Designed to work with a medium with a temperature from -35°C to +135°C and a pressure of up to 16 bar, it will perform well in demanding conditions. Particularly important is the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leakage function, which allows you to detect an improperly crimped connection even before the installation is put into use – this is an additional protection against potential failures. The O-ring seal provides additional tightness and connection reliability.
