Stainless steel tee for KAN-therm systems

This GW Inox tee, made of stainless steel 1.4404, is a reliable solution for creating durable and leak-proof connections in installations. Design and application

The tee has three connections: two with clamping sleeves with a diameter of 35 mm (DN32) and one with a cylindrical BSPP-G internal gas thread with a diameter of 1 inch (25). The bending angle is 90 degrees. This allows branching of the installation at a right angle, which is often required in practical applications. An O-ring seal made of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EDPM) rubber guarantees a leak-proof connection.

Use in KAN-therm press systems allows for quick and reliable installation without the need for welding. The connection lengths are 51 mm, 49.8 mm and 51 mm respectively, and the working lengths are 25 mm, 36.8 mm and 25 mm – these dimensions should be taken into account during the design and installation of the installation.

LBP controlled leakage function

A key feature of this tee is the LBP (Leak Before Press) controlled leakage function. This means that any error during the pressing of the connection is immediately visible as a leak, allowing for quick identification and repair of the problem before more serious consequences occur.
