This GW Steel tee with a diameter of 42 mm and a Rp1" thread is a reliable solution for creating branches in steel installations. Design and application

The tee has three connections: two with clamping sleeves and one with an internal tapered gas thread BSPT-Rc. This arrangement allows for flexible connection of pipes with different diameters and types of connections in one point. It is ideal for building central heating, chilled water, process heat and solar systems. Thanks to the use of carbon steel RSt 34-2 (1.0034 according to DIN EN 10305-3) and galvanizing, the tee is resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion, which translates into a long service life of the installation.

LBP function and safety

The fitting is equipped with an LBP (Leak Before Press) function, which indicates an unpressed connection. This is an important convenience for installers, allowing for quick detection of installation errors and avoiding potential leaks. The KAN-therm Steel system, to which this tee belongs, allows operation at pressures up to 25 bar and temperatures up to 200°C (using appropriate "HP" crimping tools), ensuring the safety and reliability of the installation. The crimping technology eliminates the need for welding or threading, which further reduces installation time and minimizes the risk of errors.
