The Kanlux Ideal TS KMC-40-40 modular contactor is a reliable device designed for automatic switching of electrical loads on and off. Construction and mounting

The device is designed for mounting on a standard TH35 rail, ensuring quick and easy installation in a distribution board. Compact dimensions – it occupies only 3 modules – allow for optimal use of space in the electrical cabinet. Screw terminals facilitate connection of wires, and the IP20 degree of protection provides basic protection against contact.

Operating parameters and safety

The KMC-40-40 contactor operates at a coil supply voltage of 230V AC (50/60Hz) and a rated voltage of 230V AC. The rated current of the device is 40A for AC-7A/AC-1 and 15A for AC-7B/AC-1 categories, allowing it to handle a variety of loads. The ambient temperature range in which the contactor can operate is from -25°C to +40°C. The device complies with the PN-EN 60947-4-1 standard, guaranteeing its safety and compliance with applicable regulations. It has 4 normally closed contacts, which increases its functionality in various applications. The rated power of the device is 40kW for AC-7A/400V and 13kW for AC-7B/400V.
